8mbit Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8mbit ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 8mbit website at 8mbit.pro, including all services, games, promotions and features available through the platform. The platform is operated for the Bangladesh market. All monetary references use Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who accesses or uses any part of the 8mbit platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and use the 8mbit platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 8mbit is strictly a 21+ platform and access by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration and KYC verification, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and national identity document.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the 8mbit platform at any time. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order that would prohibit your use of online betting platforms.

8mbit reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any eligibility criterion at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance pending verification.

Each eligible person may open only one account on the 8mbit platform. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which becomes your primary login identifier. You must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are enabled on your account. 8mbit reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality pending KYC completion and to close any account where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed within the required timeframe.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time codes sent to your registered mobile number. Any activity that occurs under your credentials is your sole responsibility. 8mbit will never ask for your full password through any communication channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 8mbit support immediately.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 8mbit does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a method not registered to the account holder will be returned and may result in account review. Withdrawals are subject to KYC completion. Once verified, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's name. 8mbit reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

8mbit offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are governed by the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this overall agreement. In any conflict between the general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and game-specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements are met in full.

• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identifying information, for any purpose including circumventing account restrictions or bonus limitations.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from any unlawful activity. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to AML screening.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC or at any other time during your relationship with 8mbit.
• Colluding with other players, game operators or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event available on the 8mbit platform.

8mbit uses a combination of automated monitoring and human review to detect prohibited activities. Detection may result in immediate account suspension while an investigation is conducted. 8mbit's findings following such an investigation are final.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images and other material available on the 8mbit platform is the property of 8mbit or its licensors. Platform content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written permission of 8mbit.

Game content — including slot titles, live casino streams, crash game mechanics and fish game software — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio licensors including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming and NetEnt. 8mbit has licensed these titles for use on its platform; no intellectual property rights in those games are transferred to the player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8mbit and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers expressly disclaim all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 8mbit platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether 8mbit had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8mbit does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8mbit will not be liable for any service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including power outages, internet connectivity failures, third-party platform failures, government action or force majeure events.

8mbit collects, stores and processes personal data in connection with your use of the platform in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 8mbit.pro/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. 8mbit applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions and implements industry-standard security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, disclosure and misuse.

8mbit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8mbit will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number associated with your account. The amended Terms take effect from the date indicated on the updated version of this page.
